Ambition of study

It is about the period before independence in India. A boy from lower class (Dalit community) used to go to the school because his father had big hopes from him. As a Dalit untouchable boy, he had not permission to sit in the class. So he used to sit outside the class, from where he could see the blackboard. One day teacher was teaching mathematics and he asked a question in the class but nobody was able to answer but the student who was outside answered the question. He got only appreciation but couldn’t get permission to sit in the class. After the Hundred years of this incident in America, Columbia University did a research on a great personalities and scholars of last 2oo years; list of hundred people was prepared the name of ‘that’ Indian boy was listed in first position.It was a great proud to India because that man was the real Architecture of the Modern India and the Indian constitution. Yes, he was Dr.Babasaheb Ambedkar.

                                      NEED OF COUNSELLING

              1991, India accepted a new trend of Globalization and privatization. Due to this many changes are occurred in last twenty years in our country. The impacts of these changes are directly found in financial position and career. New career avenues were opened. Youth attracted toward the career of information technology and management. Women of India got  a new vision of life through  education so women realized their own rights and started to ask for equality and fight for their rights. Due to this situation Family structure also changed. People accepted the urbanization and nuclear family. Everybody has a job to fulfill the basic needs like food and shelter so love, affection, acceptance from others and appreciation took the place of basic needs. To find our existence in this world people started to search themselves on social media like whatsapp and facebook. Everybody wants a happiness and success but it is going ahead and ahead. Students can’t concentrate on study. Parents are not satisfied with performance of their children. Siblings are jealous. Parents are anxious, over conscious and possessive. School management gives the focus on syllabus rather than overall development. Adolescence are confused about self identity. Youth have motivational conflict to choose their career and life partner. Family members have problems of maladjustment. Highly educated people get an attractive salary but losing a level of self esteem because they are treated like a slave by the boss in the company, they are facing high level of stress and anxiety in each and every moment. Adult are anxious about their health. Old feel loneliness in the home and empty mind becomes a devils workshop for themselves. Housewife’s after the forty years feel loneliness so tries to attract the attention of family members and become more anxious about the wellbeing of the family. Even happy people can’t accept the reality of death in their life so they believe on supernatural power.

           In short each and every person is facing a mild level of problems of emotions, relationship adjustment, illogical thinking, decision making etc. To overcome on these problems these people go toward the spiritual place or saints or fake expert people in the society. These people have to go toward the authentic expert for getting the solution from their problems. These authentic experts are counsellor, psychologist, psychotherapists and psychiatrists

Farm labourer to the Secretary- A true Inspiring story

Two days before on 25^th Jan 2017, I traveled  from Pune to solapur along with my colleagues.I was seated with a person with whom I started to discuss about various issues belongs to the life .I used a case history method  to understand the personality of my colleague who was seated beside me.I am trying  to interpret his personality  from the glasses of psychoanalysis.

       I am writing about a boy ,  whose village is situated near the spiritual place Pandharpur.  He was very naughty  from the early childhood.He lost the shadow of his father  when he was 2 years old. According to Piaget, a child psychologist Birth to 2 years is the stage of sensory motor development  so naturally he lost the memories of his father.Obiviously  this child was strongly attached with the mother. Mother took all the responsibilitis of the family.Child learned the values from the mother  like self esteem,self concept,independence,positivity,well-adjustment,prosocial approach,social responsibilities and so many other traits from the mother.At the age of 10 for giving the support to mother ,he started to work in the wine shop  as a laborer.He could not get a social approval .He thought that he was rejected by the society.He was trying to search himself but could not get the proper answer but coincidentally one teacher came in his life and she understood the real potentials of this boy.After 7^th std that teacher brought this child to pune for giving the admission in ‘Pune Vidyarthi Gruha ‘ a renown  educational institute . It was the new journey of his life but still his future was in a dark.He got food, shelter and education in this institute.It was the new journey of his life. A socially and economically deprived child  learned so many things in pune. Gradually he focused on the study and implemented a thoughts of mahatma Phule in his brain that education is the solution for all the problems.After passing the 10^th exam he preferred  a part time job as a office boy .Simultaneously he was studying in  B.Com. He  was doing a hard work with sincerity and honesty so he was promoted on the position of Junior clerk and accountant  .It was 1996 his family members and relatives were talking about his marriage and were searching a girl for his marriage.At last he selected a marriage proposal which was suggestd by the relatives.After the marriage due to the politics he had given a order of transfer from pune to nashik but he decided to work in Pune so he preferred to resign and searched a new job in SSPM college as lecturer in M.C.V.C  Dept.To become a teacher was his long term goal because in his school age  he used to teach to the junior students of hostel.so he accepted this job.

   Struggle is the part of his life so after getting the job of teacher also he had to face the challenges of politics in SSPM .Fifteen years he worked there on half salary but giving his 100% contribution to the institute.For a family responsibilities he started to work with C.A .and worked as a supervisor,estate agent  and some  small jobs.Due to the struggle and challenges he become a tough minded personality.Since 1996 to 2016 he did so many jobs for the financial stability but learned  so many practical things from the society.Meanwhile from the  school  age ,he worked very honestly with the Pune Vidyarthi Gruha (PVG).Just because of his contribution to the Institute and honesty he has given the responsibilities of secretary in PVG.Now he is the policy maker and decision maker of several schools and engineering colleges of PVG.

A boy who was selling the wine at wine shop in childhood phase now become the secretary of one renown institute of maharashtra just because of environment which he got from the secondary school.He has  a  high  level ofsocial and emotional intelligence.Now he is really a father of so many socially ,emotionally and financially deprived students.  People gather around him to listen when he talks about any issue .Really he is the Guide ,Philosopher and Friend for everyone.

         By reading this Article curiosity might have been arised in your mind about knowing his name.Friends he is  none other than   Rajendra kamble a secretary of PVG,Pune.I strongly believe that miracles do happen only when human spirit takes over .I mean self realization is the base of success and happiness.
